This necklace is actually two in one. The leather knots slide to allow you to extend it six inches.  It is very unique with beautiful stones.  It features:

• 6mm lapis-lazuli heshis, garnet heishis and azurite malachite rondelles and 4mm rounds.
• Thai sterling silver woven beads, sterling silver tube beads and accent beads.
